Without the help of volunteers Tauranga RDA would be unable to operate. No matter what your age and background there is a role for you at Tauranga Riding for the Disabled as a volunteer.
Volunteering with RDA is fun, rewarding and confidence building. Our volunteers assist with the delivery of our equestrian therapy programmes, our life skills therapy programmes and our sport and recreation programmes. We also have a need for assistance around the farm working with our farm manager and in our office helping with data entry, website maintenance, and a variety of administrative tasks.
If you'd like to volunteer at Tauranga RDA, then please contact us on 07 544 1899 or email info@taurangarda.co.nz - please give us your name, contact details, address and also what type of volunteer work you would be interested in doing. We will then arrange an induction session for you and sort out with you what days suit you to volunteer. We hold regular training sessions for our volunteers.
