IMPORTANT NOTICE
With the current Equine Strangles outbreak, we are asking everyone hiring our arena to help us protect the health of our horses by following some additional biosecurity measures. If you have recently visited or kept your horse at any shared equestrian facilities in the Waikato or Auckland regions, or have had any contact with horses from affected properties, please do not bring your horse to Tauranga RDA until the risk period has passed. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please contact us before attending.

When using our facilities, please bring and use your own equipment. Do not use Tauranga RDA buckets, hay bags, water containers, feed bins, grooming equipment, or any other gear. We are disinfecting our yards between users as an added precaution and ask that everyone helps us maintain these biosecurity standards by cleaning up after themselves and minimising unnecessary contact with our horses. These measures are temporary but are essential to help keep our horses, riders, and the wider equine community safe. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. If biosecurity requirements change, we will keep you informed.
